Sewer easement

Thank you for your recent responds regarding our lot line adjustinent
Earlicr today we spoke with Jim from the City of Edmonds Sewer Department. He had
stopped by to measure the location of the sewer line that you had rcqucstLd an emement
for. Jim said that the sewer line was 7 feet east of Dia Bock's house at 616, Maple.
Our surveyor, Jack Siebert said that he had visited your office earlier today and said that
you needed 5 feet clear each side for the sewer.
The property line adjustment that we are proposing is 15'-8" at the minimum, cast from.
Dia Bock's house, so the sewer line will not be involved in the transfer of property. If we
mark the LLA map indicating this, would that be sufficient for this situation?
