Project Description: Demolition of existing shed structure (old stable). This is the building to the right in the photo below. 2. There are two buildings. The stable (structure to the right in the photo) is 416 square feet (26'x16'). The storage shed (structure to the left) is 200 square feet (20'x10'). The total area of both buildings is 616 square feet. 3. The existing storage shed, on the left, will continue to be used as a storage shed. There will be no change in usage. 4. The guest house will not be constructed. When we were in the Planning Office on March 26, 2018, my husband signed and submitted a written statement advising the City of our decision to abandon our plans to build a guest house and asked the City to pull the permit for that project. There will be no guest house. 5. We hope to clear up any confusion regarding our intentions. We only wish to demolish the old stable. That's it. We would appreciate if this amendment of our demolition permit could be expedited as our contractor is ready to work on our small demolition project now before they start working on a couple larger projects. Also, please do not direct future correspondence to our former architect, Lisa Lindburg. We have abandoned our guest house project and she is no longer working on our behalf.
