Dear Jennifer Machuga:
Please find our responses to your requests for additional information.
1. The Utilities Consortium form has been completed and is attached as a separate document in
email that includes this response.
2. The canopy structures you observed behind the 806 Cary Road home location are temporary
structures and were only put there to keep the lawn and garden equipment from getting wet
during the winter rainy season. They can be pulled down at any time. If this is a requirement in
order to secure the permit to subdivide please let us know. They will definitely be removed post
subdivision as we convert the structure into a single-family residence.
3. An updated survey with the additional and correct information you requested is also attached as
PDF file in the email that includes this response.
4. We have contacted the Building permit and now have the guidance on what is required to convert
the 806 structure back into a functioning single-family residence. You were copied in on that
request. We are preparing the required documentation and ensuring all the building codes are up
to date. We will secure an inspection and pay the appropriate fees at such time as we receive
final approval to allow for the subdivision to go forward.
