To whom it may concern,
In reference to the how this project meets the criteria of approval specific to the lot line adjustment
application within ECDC 20.75.05.C:
This boundary lot adjustment involves a process where we are not creating a new lot but rather taking
three existing lots and condensing them down to two.
Lots 2 & 3 are owned by my client: The Blevins Trust
Lot 1 is owned by Bing Wan & Aileen Liu
Both the above parties have agreed on a purchase price to eliminate lot 2, thereby giving 20 feet of the
western portion of lot 2 to the owners of lot 1, and adding the remaining 40 feet to lot 3.
We are not reducing any setbacks, lot width, or lot size below the minimum, but instead are increasing lot
sizes over and beyond what is required of the ECDC. Neither are we transforming a nonbuildable lot into
a buildable site, but rather just the opposite.
