1. See new plot plan and landscape plans of 6/11/2018

7d. Cistus salvifolius is the yellow on plans at drive entry, entry to buildings and
north sides of buildings. Fence is at south property line
7e. In order to provide access to three buildings driveways had to be provided at
the south side of the buildings. Since the property to the West is steep ROW with
many mature trees, this provides buffer to the west. A new fence will be provided
at the south property line along with addition landscaping and existing trees to
remain. An arbor will be provide per ECDC to enhance the fence with evergreen
vines.
7f. Appropriate changes have been made the plans.
7g. Dumpster has been removed and the additional landscaping provided. Since
the removal of the dumpster enclosure we were able to retain existing evergreen.
7h. Plans have been updated to meet ECDC 20.13.020.M
