GENERAL
1. A generic house footprint and driveway is illustrated on the Preliminary Site Development Plan.
2. A max 12% slope has been called out for the driveway.
UTILITIES
1. A stormwater management plan in compliance with current codes will be provided at the time of building
permit application.
2. A sewer stub is illustrated on the plans at the lower portion of the lot. An alternate location may also work
depending on the final configuration of the future single family residence.
3. Conceptual locations and inverts of proposed utilities to service the site are shown on the Preliminary Site
Development Plan
