She is not willing to grant a pole and anchor easement on her property. That said we cannot set the pole behind the sidewalk. Could we move forward with the subject line permit application that replaces an existing 45' pole with a new 45' pole. The pole location is staked. Let me know if you have any questions. Matt G. She called to let me know she spoke with the city of Edmonds Public Works department (she thinks Mr. Moses) and told them absolutely in no way, shape or form will she allow a pole/down guy and anchor on her property. She said they were in agreement with her. Let me know if you have any questions. Have you had a chance to speak with Rob English about this issue at 8820 Main Street. The property owner, Janet Jensen, spoke with Todd Molles with Public Works. It sounds to me that Todd doesn't have a problem with the pole remaining in the planter. Todd, Rob and I met on -site at another project along SR-99 and 228t" St SW a few years ago. My guess is that it will be allowable to keep the pole in the same location. How are we doing on the attached permit? Matt G.
