1a. — c. were answered by filing a critical areas checklist with the city and paying
the fees.
2. Revised drawings with larger and more clear information and dimensions have
been supplied.
3. The proposed ADU living space as measured from the interior line of the
outside walls will be 800 sq. ft. or less.
4. The fence along the property line occluding the view to the entry door of the
ADU will not have any opening. The approach to the entry door will be from the
driveway on an east / west direction along the south end of the ADU.
5. Noted. We will be acquiring that data.
6. Parking
The 5 parking spaces and turn around areas are now clearly shown and labeled on
the new drawings. The drawings also more clearly delineate the paved areas on
the property.
Stormwater: The proposed ADU project as drawn including all new and replaced
impervious surfacing comprises no more than 1400 sq. ft.
This calculation was made by using the ADU footprint, the footprint of the new
parking and sidewalk on the south side and the replacement of existing_ driveway
that will require over digging and replacement to set footings and pour an apron
away from the new construction on that side.
