We are replacing the cable in existing conduit. The transformer is what is in or sits on top of an existing vault. We are just replacing the transformer to be on top of the existing
vault instead of inside. Doesn’t disturb the ground in anyway. J

The construction notes do not match the description of work. The work description describes replacing a bad order underground cable in an existing conduit, but the construction notes
on the site plan say that you are removing the existing submersible transformer and replacing with a new pad-mounted transformer.
Can you please clarify the scope of work for this permit application?
