I sent this email out on March 21" to `fix' the file we had sent out earlier in 2016 relating to this lot. Hopefully this is the
file used by the designer for the house grades.
Please note that this was sent out as soon as discovery was made relating to the previous bust.

Last year we surveyed TPN 37033600109600 directly adjacent to the Young residence to the East. Additionally we
surveyed South along the common driveway shared with TPN 27033600109309 and out into the Right -of -Way of 234th
Street SW.
The attached file represent the revisions to that survey to refine the elevations in light of last week's discovery of datum
inconsistency.
Please substitute the attached file in place of the previous files sent for work in that area.
