Dear Gina:
The following corrections have been made to the Preliminary review corrections I received dated
6118108:
a. File number S-2008-37 has been added to p.1 & p.2
b. Total area has been added to p.2
c. Lot coverage of the house (2244.2 so has been added to p.2
d. The trees along the west property line will be removed for construction of the driveway
e. Zoning designation has been added to p.2
f. I agree with your interpretation of the set backs and have indicated these changes on p.2
.g. Covered patio has been labeled "TBR" on p.2
h. Patio within Sof the property line will be removed.
i. Existing wood fence will remain.
j. Letter has been reviewed 220'" was just redone by the city within the last couple of years so
walking routes have been updated to current standards
K Engineering comments have been reviewed. These are all as expected. Preliminary Civil
drawings were submitted with the short plat application.
The distance from the SW corner of lot 3 to the nearest hydrant, located at the southwest comer of 88th
Ave. W., is 250' in a straight line, or 270' going down 220t6 St. SW and then up the new easement.
Al lots will be connected to Sanitary sewers through Olympic View Water & Sewer.
