Dear Mr. Bjorback,
J2 Building Consultants Inc., provided the roof replacement design and QA/QC field
inspections during the recent roofing repair work at the Richmar Condominiums. The roof
replacement included removal of the existing torch -applied membrane, parapet wall
flashing, chimney caps, collector boxes and downspouts. A new Carlisle single -ply TPO
membrane has been mechanically installed and sloped to built-in drains. New coping
metal, chimney cops, larger collector boxes with overflows, and new downspouts have
also been installed.
We are submitting this letter to you documentation that the roof membrane and all
associated components have been installed in compliance with the manufacturer's
specifications, the architectural details, and to industry standards. The installation is
eligible to receive a 20 year no dollar limit warranty.
