Once the corrections have been made, please resubmit two set of drawings for review. Sheet 1 1.Construction sequence: a.note 1: change to read; “Call the engineering inspection line (425-771-0220 ext 1326) to set up a preconstruction meeting and 24 hours in advance for inspections.” 2.General note #5; add the extension number to the note or delete the note since the construction sequence note covers the topic. 3.Specify the type of yard drains and provide invert elevations. 4.Are the rockeries being installed with the short plat improvements? If not, place a note on the drawings the rockery design and submittal will be with the building permit and all issues concerning the rockery will be addressed then. Please note that in either case, since portions of the rockeries are over 8’ high, not only is a rockery permit required, but the rockeries must be designed, calculations provided and the rockery drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer. Refer to our rockery handout #B63 for the specific requirements. 5.Provide a traffic control plan. 6.Show where the proposed rockery drains connect to. 7.Are all the pipe inverts the same at cb #1? If located on the south side, additional sidewalk is required behind the mailboxes. See our standard detail on mailboxes. 9.What is the invert of the pipe inlet with trash rack on the east side of the site? Sheet 2 10.Provide invert elevations for the sewer stubs. 11.Show sewer cleanouts with lamphole covers at the property line. 12.Indicate the existing sewer line to the west lot has been capped or to be capped with the demolition of the existing structure. Sheet 3 13. Add filter fencing along the north side of the ditch at the rear of the property and along the south property line. Filter fencing needs to be added along the north side of the site. 14.Does the excavation quantity include grading to the finished floor elevation of the homes? No foundation grading can be done. Sheet 5 15.General notes: Change WSDOT edition from 2002 to “current edition”. 16.No cmp is to be installed in the city right-of-way. Indicate pipe in the right-of-way to be SDR35 pvc. 17.Detention system detail: Indicate a cmp to pvc coupling on the detail unless the outflow pipe will be all cmp. Add a vent pipe to the detail. 18.The City’s standard rockery detail cannot be used due to the height of the rockery and its location (criticl area) per our handout B63. 19.Update the sewer cleanout detail to match our current standard detail. Olympic foundry castings can no longer be used in the City, when within the City right-of-way.
