Subject: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO COMPLETE YOUR
SUBDIVISION APPLICATION, FILE NO. S-2006-123
Dear Ms. Lunsford:

Your application for a short subdivision at 22027 – 96 Avenue West is under review;
however, we are unable to continue processing your application until the following
required items are submitted:
1.Provide a written response discussing the proposed modification request and how
it meets the modification criteria (i.e. special circumstances, special privilege,
Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, not detrimental, minimum variance). I
have enclosed our short plat handout for reference (see the highlighted section).
Following our telephone conversation the other day, I found where you wrote out
that you were requesting the modification on the application form; however, we
will need a statement addressing the above criteria as well.
2.Make the following revisions to the preliminary plat:
a)Show the property lines adjacent to the subject property and
provide the names of the adjacent property owners. This may be
hand-drawn on a copy of the survey.
b)Show contour lines at 5-foot intervals. If there is not a 5-foot
change in topography throughout the subject property, please
provide a statement confirming this.
3.Please note that the Engineering Division has not yet reviewed your proposal. We
will notify you as soon as possible if the Engineering Division requires any
information in addition to what is outlined in this letter.
Please submit the above information as soon as possible, so that your application may be
processed in an expedient manner. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at

couple of weeks and will return on October 10, 2006. If you have any questions between
