The subject short plat drawings have been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items
have been addressed/corrected. Once the corrections have been made, please resubmit two set of
drawings for review.

1.Fence on 80 Ave W to be relocated to property line
2.Label sanitary sewer lateral as 6” from the main to the property line.
3.Is there a conflict in grade between the detention system and the side sewer. Please verify

required, show it on the drawing. Provide top of curb elevations.
9.A concrete curb ramp (handicap) needs to be constructed at the intersection and connect to the sidewalk

on 80 Ave W. Curb ramp shall be type 5 per City Standard detail E-2.18.
10.The direction of the 24” existing storm pipe near Sierra Dr appears to be incorrect. Please verify.
