Subject: EXPIRATION OF SHORT PLAT APPLICATION ON NOVEMBER 3, 2008
8022 CYRUS PLACE
FILE NO. S-2008-19
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ryan:
I am writing to you regarding the expiration of your application for a short subdivision for the property at
8022 Cyrus Place (File No. S-2008-19). Staff has received responses to some of the items requested in
my 5/2/08 and 7/16/08 letters; however, not all of the requested information has been received. Thus,
your application is currently on hold.
Your consultant, Jeff Treiber indicated to me via email on 9/18/08 that you do not plan to continue with
the proposed short plat at this time; however, he requested that I let the application expire in case you
have second thoughts and decide to continue with the proposal. I stated in my letter on 7/16/08 that
pursuant to ECDC 20.90.010.D.4, your application would expire on 11/2/08 if it is not acted on prior to
that date. Since 11/2/08 is a Sunday, I have extended the expriation date of your application to 11/3/08.
If you plan to continue with your application, please submit the information specified in my 7/16/08
letter by the end of the business day on November 3, 2008. If we do not receive a response from you
by November 3, 2008, your application will be rejected pursuant to ECDC 20.90.010.D.4, and no
fees will be refunded.
As discussed above, staff will be unable to continue processing your application until responses to the
items requested in my 7/16/08 letter are received. If a response is not received, your application will
expire on November 3, 2008. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions on the requested
information. I can be reached at (425) 771-0220, extension 1224.
Sincerely,
