EDMONDS, a permanent easement for ingress and egress, and for
the installation, operation and maintenance of utilities, over,
under, across, through and upon the following described

Maintenance, repair, and/or reconstruction of any roadway or
utilities constructed or installed upon or within the easement
right of way hereinabove reserved and conveyed,,ahall be the
responsibility of and the cost of said maintenance, repair,
and/or reconstruction, borne jointly and equally by the owners,
their heirs, successors, and assigns, of the hereinabove
described Parcels A and 1, except that, where utility systems
are used in common, no owner shall be responsible for any
portion of commonly used utility system lying above or beyond
his point of connection to same.
The execution and filing of this instrument is for the purpose
of correcting and revising that certain "Notice of Easement and
Maintenance Agreement", recorded under Auditor's File No.
8607170144, records of Snohomish County, Washington.
This instrument shall be a covenant running with the lands
hereinabove described and is binding upon the owners of such
lands, their heirs, successors, and assigns, forever.
