Exhibit "C" Hold Harmless Agreement 2. Compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and submittal of a geotechnical report in compliance with Ordinance No. 2661 is required with any development on lots 2 and 3, 3, A tree cutting plan shall be submitted to the City for review and approval prior to issuance of any development permits on Lots 1,2,3, and 4. Care shall be taken to preserve as many trees as possible by careful siting of the road, utilities and building. 4. A 15 ft. setback of development shall be maintained for any development from the top of the stream bank or wetlands. 5. An on site drainage plan, underground wiring, and a plan for site excavation and grading per UBC, Chapter 70 is required with a building permit for any new residence. 6. A Fire and Aid sign is required to comply with the Engineering Department requirements with a building permit on lot 2. I/we verify that I/we are the legal owner(s) of the property described above. I/we warrant that all representations are true and correct and understand that in the event of any misrepresentation or failure to comply with the conditions and regulations set forth herein, the City of Edmonds shall have the right to declare that subdivision void and record a statement to that effect in the Grantor -Grantee's Index in the office of the Snohomish County Auditor.
