DO HEREBY AGREE that in consideration of the City of Edmonds approval of subdivision 5-20-80, the present and/or future owners, their heirs and assigns, shall agree that no building permit will be issued on Parcel 2 of the afore- mentioned short subdivision until all engineering department requirements, as set forth in the record of short subdivision file number S-20-80, have been completed and approved by the City. Also, that the present and/or future owners, their heirs and assigns, agree not to protest the formation of an L.I.D. and/or U.L.I.D. for any improvements of 88th Avenue West. This agreement and covenant shall be recorded in the Snohomish County Auditor's office as a covenant running with the property described herein and shall bind the owners, their heirs and assigns and subsequent purchasers. All costs of recording shall be paid by the owners.
