Dear Sir:
We own a property at 326 — 9th Avenue North, Edmonds, which is
1601 X 2521 and which is described as follows: Tract 6, Paget Sound
Machinery Depot Five Acre Tracts, according to plat thereof recorded in
volume 5 of plats, page 47, records of said county, EXCEPT east 378 feet
thereof; EXCEPT south 165 feet of west 252 feet thereof; EXCEPT north
5 feet of west 252 feet thereof.
We request permission to divide the above-kentioned property
into 2 parcels — one a lot 80t X 160= with the 1601 fronting on 9th Avenue
North and the remainder, 1721 X 1601 with the dwelling.
A sketch of the property is attached with the 801 X 1601 lot
shown in red.

according to plat thereof recorded in Vol. 5 of Plats,
page 47, records of said county EXCEPt east 378 ft.
thereof; EXCEPT south 165 ft. of West 252 ft. thereof;
EXCEPT North 5 ft. of West 252 ft. thereof.
This approval, was granted at the regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of August 17, 1959.
