1 have been instructed to write you on behalf of the Edmonds
Planning Commission to advise you subdivision as discussed
on May 15, 1961 supersede the action taken March 210 1960;
wherein, the Planning Commission granted the right to divide
your property into three pieces; the westerly portion to,�,
a lot 95'1 x 146e and the easterly parcel to be a tract 45-0
x 146, and that there be on the north boundary of the tract
a 20 ft. easement or service lane with a 50 ft. turn around
as.indicated on your.,drawing dated 3/21/60; and that the road
for ingress and egrew �e a service lane car easement-road at
the discretion of the City Council and that said subdivision
be granted on condition that the owner concur with the City
Council on this matter.
