Frederick M. White and Rae Floss 'White are now the owners
of the following described property:

acre, more or less.
They wish to subdivide the property into two parcels. The
south parcel shall be described as follows:
The South 60 feet of the East one-half
of Lot 4, Block 3 South Park Addition
to Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington.
The second parcel shall be legally described as:
The East one-half of Lot 4, Block 3,
South Park Addition to the City of
Edmonds, EXCEPT the south 60 feet
thereof.
I submit that the division of the property as proposed
is permissible and does comply with all requirements of
an R 6 area zoning.
