Gentlemen:
I would appreciate your approval of this request for
the sub -division of Lot 4, Haggards Sound View Addition.,
into Parcels "A" and "B," as shown on the attached "Plat
of Survey."
This division has been legalized by the filing last
year of an "Agreement to Amend Restrictive Covenants" in
the County Auditor's office (Deeds: Vol. 673,, p. 149) --
the effective date of the "Agreement" being Jan. 1, 1962.
This "Agreement," signed by a majority of the owners
of Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, amends paragraph (a) of the.
"Declaration of Protective Covenants" as follows:

and described as residential lots, and may be
sub --divided into not,mnore than --two (2) lots..."
