No. 1$ according to plat thereof recorded in volume g, page 57-58 of
plats, Snohomish County Washington.
A committee has met, the Acting City Engineer has made a physical inspection
of the above described tract and concur that the sub -division of Mr. Fairchild's
could be accepted and building permits issued for residence on this property.
However, drain fields and septic tanks or sewer hook up must meet with the
City Engineers specifications and approval.
Mr, Fairchild states that occupancy of residence will not be made until
a sewer hook-up is made.
