A committee has met, the Acting City Engineer has made a physical inspection of the above described tract and concur that the sub -division of Mr. Fairchild's could be accepted and building permits issued for residence on this property. However, drain fields and septic tanks or sewer hook up must meet with the City Engineers specifications and approval.
