It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Payne, that the proposed subdivision by
Mr. Lee Stacey, File 5-30-63, be approved provided the west 30 feet of the property
be deeded to the City of Edmonds.

Holte explained that this application was for revision of subdivision approved
pril, 1963, for Herbert Morgan. It was moved by Mrs. Engler, seconded by
Moore, that the proposed subdivision by Einar Arseth, file 5-17-63, be approved
ubmitted. Motioncarried.

It was moved by Mr. Payne, seconded by Mr. Sater, that the proposed subdivision of
Dr. Aldridge, File 5-31-63, be approved as submitted. Motion carried.

It was moved by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mrs. Engler, that the proposed subdivision
by fir. R. N. Peterson, File S-32-63, be granted as submitted. Motion carried.

Neither Mr, or Mrs. Byrum were present.
It was moved by Mr. Payne, seconded by Mr. Hubbard that we continue the hearing on
the proposed subdivision submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Byrum, file S-33-63, for sixty
days to the meeting of December 18, 1963 to give the applicant an opportunity to
see if he can meet the minimum width requirements of the Zoning Code of the City
of Edmonds. Motion carried.

Wagner's Addition, William Wagner,_ File P-10-63
Mr. Wagner was present.
It was moved by Mr. Moore, seconded by Mr. Payne, that the preliminaryplat of Wagner's
Addition, File P-10-63, be approved subject to fulfilling the requirements as outlined
in City Engineer's letter of October 15, 1963, with the exception that no sidewalks
be required along the northerly boundary thereof. Motion carried.
Lumar Addition, M. A. Quarnstrom, File P-11-63
Mr. Quarnstrom was present.
During the hearing on this application, it was pointed out by an adjacent property
owner that card notices incorrectly identified the lot in question. It was, therefore,
moved by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Moore, that due to the fact that proper notice
was not given to the adjacent property owners, hearing on the proposed plat of Lumar
Addition be continued to the next regular meeting of November 20, 1963 for the pur-
pose of giving proper notice to the adjoining property owners.
