Tour building permit application for the above referenced project is due to expire
February 7, 2014, and is not renewable, as it has already been extended for a second 6
IjLftlt�ls.
Since the project has already been partially completed without the required building
permit, in violation of City codes, it is required that you obtain this permit in order to
legally use the structure as an ADU. If your application is allowed to expire, the matter
will be forwarded to our Code Enforcement department, in which case you will be
required to submit a new application, with all new application materials, along with new
permit fees and violation fees to be paid.
