During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Grading
1. Refer to the Planning Division Comments for SEPA requirements.
Detention / Drainage
1. The proposed infiltration system is under a separate review.
Driveway
1. Include a 2’ shy distance from the edge of the proposed driveway and the rockery immediately abutting
it.
Curb / Gutter / Sidewalk
1. Two unused existing driveway cuts exist:

a. The one on Sea Vista place running from the proposed driveway to 9 Avenue will be replaced with
concrete vertical curb.

b. The one on 9 Avenue will be removed and replaced with curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
2. NOTE: If field conditions show that the apparant existing vertical curb is instead curb-and-gutter with an
asphalt overlay to the curb face, then curb and gutter will be installed to match existing conditions, instead
of the vertical curb callout.
3. Include on the detail sheet a reference to the appropriate standard details for vertical curb and sidewalk.

4. Note on Sheet C3 that the required saw cut in front of the curb/gutter is 2 feet.

Utilities

1Show where proposed water line is, from meter to house.
2. Show where proposed side sewer is, from main to house.
3. If existing sewer lateral is to be re-used, it must be inspected and approved prior to hook up. Contact
Public Works at 425-771-0235 for more information.
