completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City. This information is available
tnthe public onrequest.
This isnot anapproval ofthe proposed action, only adetermination ofthe potential environmental impacts
cfthe proposal. The City of Edmonds has determined that the environmental impacts are adequately
addressed through the implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan and the Edmonds Community
Development Code governing land -use standards, construction, clearing, grading and stormwater control,
