DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
Description of proposal: Brackett's Corner, LLC is proposing to construct 14 detached condominium
units on approximately one acre. The two commercial buildings and one single-family residence will be
removed to accommodate the 14 dwellings which will range in size from 2,100 square feet to 2,400 square
feet. The one acre property is currently comprised of three separate parcels which will be combined into
one lot. The one acre project site is zoned Multi -Family Residential (RM -2.4). (File # PLN20150050)

Location of proposal, including street address if any: The project is located at the southwest corner
of the intersection of 80th Ave. W. and 212" St. SW. The two commercial buildings are addressed 8000
212th St. SW (Tax Parcel # 00373600300103) and 8010 212th St. SW (Tax Parcel # 00373600300104).
The single-family residence is addressed 21216 800 Ave. W. (Tax Parcel # 003736003001105)
Lead agency: City of Edmonds
An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was
made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to the public on request.
There is no comment period for this DNS.
