Description of proposal: The City of Edmonds is proposing to build an interactive spray area and
replace worn-out playground equipment at City Park. The goal of the project is to improve, updab*, and
diversify the play features at the perk. The spray feature will include a water system for water re -use.

as provided by RCW 43.21C.240 and WAC 197-11-158 andlor mitigating measures have been
applied that ensure no significant adverse impacts will be created.
An environmental impact statement is not required under RCVV43,21C.U3O(2)(c). This decision was
made after review nfa completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead

There is no comment period for this DNS.
