Title of document being added to: Determination of Nonsignificance Agency that prepared document being adopted: City of Edmonds Date document was issued: April 18, 2007 (ADB-2007-5) and September 25, 2007 (BLD-2007-0676). Addendum: The DNS issued for ADB-2007-5 was for a building containing 8 dwelling units and did not anticipate grading in excess of 500 cubic yards. However, new information from the project engineer suggests that grading will exceed 500 cubic yards, at approximately 835 cubic yards, and will certainly not exceed 1000 cubic yards. This new information does not indicate any new or increased significant adverse environmental impact.
