Description of current proposal: Construct a new 12-unit multi-family structure with covered parking for 24
vehicles contained in three two-story structures. The existing single family residence is to be removed.
Anticipated grading is approximately 2400 cubic yards.

Addendum: The DNS issued for R-2004-7 was for a project specific contract rezone at the site that
included 12 dwelling units (condos) in one building and anticipated 5000 cubic yards of grading. The
applicant was granted the rezone and has applied for design review for the new 12-unit project. This new
project anticipates less grading (2400 cubic yards) and instead of all of the units in one large building they
are located in three four-unit buildings. This new information does not indicate any new or increased
significant adverse environmental impact.
