The property is located in the Multiple Residential (RM-1.5) zone. There is a pending Architectural Design Board (ADB) file for the design review of the project (ADB-2007-65) and the public hearing is scheduled th for October 17, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers (250 5 Avenue North). The existing single family house is to be removed. The anticipated grading is approximately 500 cubic yards of cut and 200 cubic yards of fill for the foundations and driveway. This SEPA determination is to include a future proposed “townhouse subdivision,” if applicable (File Number ADB-2007-65). An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21.030(2)(c).
