During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)The civils and architectuals must have the same configuration for all aspects of construction (i.e.
home, driveway, etc). Please revise either the architectuals or the civils so that they match
2)The driveway can not exceed a 14% slope at any point on the driveway per ECDC 18.80.060.
Adjust the driveway to achieve a slope of 14% or less.
3)Please provide the grading calculations. Please include all cut/fill amounts, and show how these
quantities were arrived at.
4)Please show the impervious surface calculations on the civil plans.
5)Please show the water service line from house to meter and side sewer from house to main.
All stormwater concerns are being addressed by Jerry Shuster, Stormwater Engineer Program Manager.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
