CONCERN:
No inspection or construction activity has occurred at these sites, where a soldier pile wall is to be
installed as landslide control. Permits BLD20080537 / 0538. A previous slide occurred earlier, hence the
wall. Site visit by request of the Building Official.
FIELD INSPECTION DATE: 11/07/08
Refer to attached pictures. Original erosion control in tatters on upper slope, however all exposed surfaces
appear to have reestablished vegetation over the previous season. The black visqueen on the lower slope is
intact and held in place by sandbags.
