RE: Plan review for required trash enclosure
BLD 2010-0248 — Grow With Us Learning Center, 665 Edmonds Way
The application contains a site plan that already shows a proposed trash enclosure for the
building. The location, orientation and size appear to be what is minimally required.
However, more details on the enclosure's construction are needed to complete the review.
Please submit a plan view of the enclosure, showing the 10' by 14' size as finished inside
dimensions, denote the solid wall construction, and show the gate(s) swing, indicating use
of drop pins or appropriate hardware for keeping gate(s) secure in both open and closed
positions. An elevation view is helpful to show construction, but not required.
Gates have an option to be made of chain-link with inverted vinyl slats. The rest of the
structure is required solid construction (ie. wood, masonry, etc.). Let me know if you
