It is our understanding that you used the same detail to construct this project as was used on the
Abrahamson project (WCSE project no: W4448) as it has a similar layout.

The ricker project has 1 high corner, retaining 8 ft of soil. It then slopes down from there to 4
ft or less.
It is our understanding that the walls are formed and ready to be poured, however, the dimension
between steel reinforcing and face of wall is 2-3/4" rather than the specified 2" in the foundation
detail.

In this case, I looked at the concrete wall strength with a 3-inch spacing rather than a 2 inch.
The wall is still adequate in strength to handle the design load.
