B.Conclusions: 1.TheadditionofnewplaygroundequipmentisanappropriatefitforthesiteandneighborhoodΑthe proposedchangesareminimalandthefootprintoftheplaystructureshasbeenreducedinareathereby complyingwithECDC20.11.030.C.1. 2.TheprojectappearstomeettherequiredsitedevelopmentstandardsfortheRS8zone(ECDC16.20)as wellastherequirementsforschools(ECDC17.100.050). 3.TheproposaldoesnotappeartoconflictwiththeComprehensivePlan. 4.Thetreethatwasplantedtoonearthewalkwaycouldbemovedelsewhereonsitewithoutaffectingthe overallcharacteroftheplayground. TechnicalReview: TheEngineeringDivisionandBuildingDivisionhavereviewedthisdesignreviewapplication.TheEngineering Divisionnotedthatapermitwouldberequiredfortheinstallationofanirrigationsystem.Theapplicant respondedbynotingthatnoirrigationsystemwasproposed.
