Conditions
2.:The following conditionsare requiredforfinal approval:
Shed must be completely finished, including siding and paint. Siding must match already
completed portions of the shedand painted in acolor complementary to the house.Please
provide photographic evidence the work has been completed.
Reasonable Accommodation Covenant:
3.As required, a signed and notarized covenant must be
recorded at the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office, located at 3000 Rockefeller Ave. Everett,
WA 98201. The City can record the signed covenant for you ($100 administrative fee will be
added to the County’s recording fee), or you may record itat the Countyin person(saving $100
in City fees).A copy of the recorded document must be returned to me.
