property located at 7533 218th St SW Edmonds NN 98026. Originally, the existing structure was built and used as a full service
tandrourat for the townhome complex. Now, each individual unit has it's own washer & dryer. This will also help me financially.
The existing structure has a 200amp electrical service panel, plumbing, base board treating, lighting, insulation, paneling,
window, doors, etc. I will bemodifying tire existing interior plumbing for kitchen, bathroom, arid washer& d0e: l wiKbe
modifying the existing interior electrical wiring for a Ntchen, bathroom, bedroom/living' wnsher& dryer, hmdng. lighting, dz.
I have 16 existing parking sb(bnnthe property already for 8 units. By adding 1 addition unit, Iwill stilt have enough parking
on site to satisfy that requirement. Again' the property is also locate(] in an appropriately zoned area.
