Project Address: 8503 Bowdoin Way
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be
found on the plans. Submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
1. Provide approved and tested U.L. listing for proposed Ventless washer/dryer combo.
2. Submit application for an alternate design for the proposed ventless washer/dryer combos, contact Marie
Harrison with any questions regarding the Alternate Design requirements.
