When we spoke, you had requested an additional manhole be shown on our plan to facilitate the eventual move of the sewerline currently located under Mrs. Gerdon's garage. The plan does not indicate another manhole located on the property line between the Gerdon and Miller properties because we found a Use Easement between Gerdon and Miller (A.F. NO. 2002101180819) that appears to allow them to eventually utilize the manhole at the north east portion of this sewer extension. Should this not meet with your approval, let me know and we will show the additional manhole. Thanks for our co d ration.
