During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City website under
Development Services Department, Engineering Division.
THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS FROM OUR STORM WATER ENGINEER, DON
FIENE, IN REVIEW OF THE DRAINAGE REPORT & CALCS . A COMPLETE REVIEW
OF THE PROJECT HAS NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED BY THE ENGINEERING
DIVISION. ANY ADDITIONAL COMMENTS WILL FOLLOW THESE PLAN
CORRECTIONS
1.Please provide a capacity analysis for the city storm system. A storm detention waiver cannot be
granted until this analysis is reviewed and approved.
2.Please provide the headloss computation for the storm water pump.

Storm Water Engineer staff person. His hours with the City are limited and he is currently only here
