During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
Much more detailed information is needed on phase II and how the existing versus
new impervious area is going to be addressed before I can review and make a
determination on the detention vault and water quality filter sizing. Please show
details on the phase II impervious areas to include replaced areas, existing areas to
remain, and paved areas that are to be overlaid.
2.
As mentioned in section 8.0 of the Storm Drainage Report Water Quality/Detention
Facility Summaries will need to be submitted before the final review will be
considered complete.
3.
As mentioned in Section 9.0 of the Storm Drainage Report the Maintenance
and Operation Manual will need to be included before the final review will be
considered complete.
4.
For the TESCP the rock check dams may be adequate to prevent channel
erosion in the steeper sections of the channels. The plans should include a
note provision to pipe those steep sections if the rock check dams prove to be
inadequate. There should also be a note on the plans that other unspecified
erosion control measures may be employed as needed to prevent erosion.
5.
The TESC calculations look good and have been approved as noted by the
engineer.
