During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
If you are removing the existing impervious area it no longer counts as
not
existing impervious area. This previously existing impervious area can be
subtracted from the total proposed impervious area. The entire proposed
impervious area (6179 SF) will need to be included in the detention
calculations or the impervious area will need to be reduced to 5000 SF or less
if you plan to use the City of Edmonds #E72 handout. If the total impervious
area can not be reduced to 5000 SF or less a detailed drainage report, prepared
by a Professional Engineer (PE), will be needed and shall include all
stormwater calculations as per Edmonds Code ECDC 18.30.060.
2.
The connection location of any footing drains will need to be shown. The
footing drains shall connect to the outfall side of the detention system.
3.
Profile of the detention system will be needed with the required and actual
detention volumes. Control structure details need to be included with the
plans.
