The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.

Original comment #3 not completely addressed;The require parking stall size is 8'-6" x 16'6". For stalls lc and
2c, there must be enough space to insure the car does not encroach onto the adjacent property nor stick out into
the driveway approach. Parking depth corrected but issue with vehicles extending over adjacent property
hasn't.
2. The on site turn around indicated on the drawing is not adequate enough to serve the site. Suggest adding a stall
to the west of stall 6. Stall 6 would then become the on site turn around, which would then be signed "no
parking".
3. The estimate submitted did not include the cost to the install the new concrete driveway and sidewalk work.
