A review of the plans for the foundation and PT deck has been done and we have the following
remaining comment. The remaining architectural and structural review will be done under the
permit application for the main building. Please revise plans accordingly and resubmit to Marie
Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1.Parking garage exhaust outlet locations must meet IMC/WAC 501.2.1 #2 (10 feet from property
lines; 3 feet from exterior walls and roofs; 10 feet from operable building openings, 10 feet
above adjoining grade). The garage exhaust for level P1 does not meet this requirement and
affects the foundation wall/PT deck.
