I am reviewing your change of use permit for the clubhouse at 9329 244 St SW
(Firdale Village apartments) and need a letter verifying that the use of the clubhouse
will be limited to the apartment residents and their guests. Under the property’s
zoning district of RM – 1.5, private recreational facilities are a permitted use in
conjunction with the apartment complex. The zoning district prohibits the commercial
use of the building for businesses such as a dance or yoga studio, commercial gym or
pet grooming business.
Once I receive your letter I can sign off on the building permit for the planning division.
