Encroachment permit required to encroach upon any portion of city public space, right-of-way or
easement area with permanent structures.
Description of Violation:
1) Fence addition built in city right-of-way
Corrective Action Required:1) As per letter dated December 6, 2006 - remove additional fencing
from the right of way or; 2) Make full application for an encroachment permit.
Correction is Required no later than: 4:00pm (time) January 5, 2007 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
