Dear Mr. Ward,
The City is in receipt of your fax dated May 5, 2005. The City has extended the compliance deadline to June 13, 2005.
It appears that the options available are to move the vehicle to a commercially zoned storage facility or to obtain a
conditional use permit to have a commercial vehicle over 10,000 pounds gross weight at the subject property in a
residential zone. On June 14, 2005 the vehicle will remain removed from the residential zone or a complete conditional
use application and fees will be submitted. You are free to explore other options.
Please call if you have any questions or need any information. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and
assistance.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies

Dear Mr. Ward,
I am assuming that you have secured a commercial location to store your commercial vehicle over 10,000 pounds gross
weight and the residential zone parking is no longer an issue. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance regarding
this regulation. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies
